Description
The pencil wire brush is a compact and effective cleaning component designed for installation on mechanical pipeline cleaning pigs. It consists of concentrated wire bundles arranged around the pig body to provide strong, localized contact with the internal pipe wall.
During pigging operations, the individual brush bundles flex independently and follow variations in the pipeline bore. This helps remove rust, scale, wax, loose deposits and other accumulated debris without excessively restricting the pig’s movement.

Applications
