Description
This pig is used to perform cleaning activities in the pipeline. It is designed by using 4 sealing discs and 2 guiding discs. Magnets are installed in MCT to remove ferrous debris such as electrodes, construction debris, etc. from the pipeline. The transmitter is installed in the pig to track the location during operation.
Magnet pig is used for the below purposes.
· Remove electrodes from the pipeline.
· Remove welding rods from the pipeline.
· Remove corrosion products from the pipeline.
· Remove construction debris from the pipeline.
